Terms of Sale

Our goats are guaranteed healthy at time of sale. Because we cannot control environmental
influences and conditions once your new goat leaves our property, we cannot offer further guarantees.

We encourage you to come see the goats before buying. We have driven many miles to pick up goats
we had already paid deposits on, only to discover their web photos did not correctly portray the goat.
We have tried to accurately represent our goats, but we do not want you to be disappointed!!

We require a deposit of $50 of the price to hold a goat for you. Your deposit will hold the goats
of your choice for 30 days while you make transportation arrangements or come to see the goat. If you
come to see the goat during the 30 day period and decide not to take the goat, your deposit will be
refunded. However, due to the stress travel puts on goats, and the potential for picking up parasites
and diseases from other herds, we are not able to accept returns on the goats once they leave our
property. If you have not been here or arranged for transportation within 30 days, you will forfeit your
deposit and the goat will be sold to the next buyer.

All shipping costs, including crate and health certificates, are the responsibility of the buyer. Any tests
that are required by your state must also be paid by the buyer prior to shipping.
